About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure timely delivery of all product samples for sales and customers while meeting quality expectations from the appearance and packing perspective. Responsible for all Production related information in Salesforce, Safety Chain & RedZone Review sample report determining samples should be shipped out before within our policy Contact Customer Service to verify if there are any urgent samples that need to go out Ensure samples boxes are assembled and ready to go to the production lines Collects samples from the lines Check inventory for 10lb bags of specialty items every week. Ensure that there is enough inventory for specialty items such as natural or wagyu sample Prepare FedEx boxes and shipments and ensure all packing components are available (dry ice) Create FedEx tickets Have QA check samples and make sure everything is all done by the time FedEx gets here at 5:30 Comply with all Company and Federal Policies, Procedures and Regulations Achieve departmental KPI’s Performance of other duties as directed Puts our overtime list by seniority if personnel on that line cannot stay the OT First new product commercialization- walk through with operator and supervisor all packaging and production requirements and monitor first runs. Responsible for managing Tool Room and maintaining inventory on trackable spreadsheet Responsible for E-Commers Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Excellent computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce) Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Physical Requirements: Must follow all OSHA, USDA, Federal and State regulations and comply with all Schweid and Sons company policies and procedures. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Excellent computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce)
