Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. Assign tasks to client teams and ensure deadlines are met. Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, procedures, and reports. Ensure standards and requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. Work with client information and data to complete tasks and process documentation. What You Bring to the Team Education High School Diploma required. Skills & Experience Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and efficient. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work with a diverse team and build effective working relationships.
