About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Specialist to support a high-volume backfile scanning and digitization project. This role is responsible for tracking document flow, maintaining production visibility, coordinating delivery of completed work, and supporting billing activities to ensure efficiency and accountability across the workflow.
Requirements
- Experience in document scanning or production environments
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
- Experience with production reporting or tracking tools
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Track and monitor documents throughout the scanning lifecycle
- Maintain real-time production status and workflow visibility
- Track daily production output and progress
- Ensure accurate chain-of-custody and document tracking
- Coordinate delivery of completed work
- Create and manage billing tickets
- Generate production reports and communicate status
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and escalate issues
- Support inventory tracking and reconciliation
