Responsibilities
- oversees production control and material control for the BOBM Plant by leading operating plan development
- aligning free demand with MSAP, Launch, Supply Chain, and plant teams
- ensuring accurate allocation, stable releases, and timely operating plan submissions
- supports daily and weekly scheduling, catch‑back planning, supplier follow‑up, and flawless material flow to the production line
- managing engineering changes, balance‑outs, JIT delivery, and finished cell inventory levels across in‑plant, stockpile, in‑transit, and obsolescence categories
- responsible for SAP MRP deployment support, data management and correction in ERP systems
- preparing accurate SQDCPME, policy deployment, and operating review reports
- analyzes data to drive inventory and cost‑reduction roadmaps
- assists in developing process and system improvements
- leads capacity planning by assessing demand changes, using GCP (Global capacity planning system) for part‑capacity validation, and coordinating with Purchasing, STA, Finance, and suppliers on capacity studies and tooling approvals
