The Production Control Manager is responsible for overseeing production readiness, inventory accuracy, and material flow to support efficient manufacturing operations. This Production Control Manager role ensures materials are available, properly staged, and delivered on time to prevent production delays. Responsibilities

• Review daily production and load reports to ensure material readiness
• Verify availability of packaging, colorant, and resin materials
• Identify and resolve material shortages before impacting production
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and location control
• Monitor and manage aged inventory in production areas
• Support and complete cycle counts with same-day resolution
• Coordinate material requests, pickups, and deliveries with 3PL partners
• Ensure materials are staged and delivered on time
• Lead and direct daily activities of material handling teams
• Prioritize work based on production needs and schedules
• Maintain 6S standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Support railcar unloading, material loading, and regrind operations
• Ensure all work is performed safely and accurately tracked
