About The Position

Tiara Yachts is seeking a Production Control & Configurator Specialist to support ERP data integrity and sales configuration systems across our manufacturing operations. This role combines production control responsibilities with sales configurator programming and serves as a key link between Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Launch, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with the ability to support operational excellence through system accuracy and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to think critically and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset

Manufacturing or production control experience
Planning and scheduling experience within a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Maintain accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing structures within the ERP system
Process and execute engineering-driven BOM changes, ensuring system accuracy and alignment
Partner with Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing to adapt ERP structures in support of process enhancements that may impact scheduling, manpower planning, and production flow
Monitor manufacturing transactions to ensure data integrity
Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
Resolve inventory issues through system reconciliation and cross-functional collaboration
Support production planning and scheduling accuracy within a manufacturing environment
Develop and maintain model-specific configuration rules within Design Studio
Write and modify logic that governs option visibility and selection for end users
Ensure configurator outputs align with engineering standards and manufacturing capabilities
Support model updates, option changes, and new product launches within the configurator system
Troubleshoot configuration logic and resolve system inconsistencies
