Raytheon has an excellent opportunity for a Planning and Production Control Associate Director who will perform as a key member of the Planning and Production Control Team supporting factories that are part of the Integration Manufacturing Center (IMC). You will need to be on-site for this position.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in Planning and Production Control in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading daily team operations.
  • Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience transforming complex information and data into clear, concise, and visually engaging slide presentations.
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodology (CORE) and/or tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic, process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Experience with Integrated Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Depot, Sales and Operations Planning as well as Inventory Management.
  • Experience leading teams in cost reduction/process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with hiring, staff planning, or budget management
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems (special program access or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Production Control Teams in Tucson, Arizona
  • Ensuring the full compliance of company policies and procedures.
  • Supports deployment of Operations strategy and metrics to accurately measure progress, drive continuous improvement and improve on-time delivery.
  • Coach team on processes and development in their careers.
  • Lead the effort to develop and implement process improvements and cost reductions utilizing CORE best practices and processes.
  • This will be an onsite role in our Tucson, AZ facility.
