About The Position

The Production Control Analyst is responsible for aligning field provider capacity with client demand to ensure production targets and service levels are consistently achieved. This role partners closely with Operations, Clinical, and Contact Center teams to optimize provider productivity, improve scheduling efficiency, and drive performance against internal and client key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, workforce planning, operations, or a related analytical role
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Capacity and demand planning experience
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, modeling, data manipulation)
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial analysis
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable operational strategies
  • Proficient working with large relational databases and ability to write SQL

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage provider inventory levels to optimize productivity and utilization.
  • Monitor and assess inventory fluctuations driven by provider schedule changes, cancellations, or modifications.
  • Develop and maintain production and capacity plans across geographic regions to maximize field resource efficiency.
  • Perform geographic and territory analyses to improve staffing models, routing, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Leverage GIS tools, mapping technologies, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau) to analyze regional performance and identify trends.
  • Partner with field leadership to plan, allocate, and reassign provider resources based on demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the Contact Center to minimize scheduling gaps and improve day-to-day provider fill rates.
  • Interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable provider deployment strategies across markets.
  • Manage membership inventory, including eligibility determination, distribution, tracking, and reconciliation to meet production goals.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of databases and data systems to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
