About The Position

Join Lockheed Martin's Weekend Shift Team as a Production Control Analyst in Greenville, SC, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting aircraft production by ensuring the timely flow of materials and work documents. In this role, you’ll collaborate with functional teams across Back Shops, Assembly Lines, Maintenance Hangars, and Warehouses to resolve challenges, optimize processes, and maintain production schedules. You’ll also address material shortages and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or 2 years relevant experience in production control, manufacturing operations, supply chain, logistics, or material management
  • Ability to analyze operational data and communicate insights, including experience with spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent), basic reporting, or data tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work cross functionally with multiple teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or coursework exposure to ERP or MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Costpoint, or similar tools)
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
  • Yellow or Greenbelt in Lean Six Sigma
  • Demonstrated ability to identify constraints, assess tradeoffs, and recommend solutions
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to take ownership of problems through resolution
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments, including scheduling, material flow, work-in-process, or shop floor operations
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
