About The Position

As a Production Control Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting high impact manufacturing operations at Lockheed Martin's Greenville, SC site. This is an excellent opportunity for early career professionals who want hands on exposure to complex production systems, cross functional leadership, and real time decision making in a fast paced aerospace environment You'll work closely with experienced production leaders, engineers and operations teams to help ensure daily build and quality objectives are met. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years relevant experience in production control, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics, or material management
  • Ability to analyze operational data and communicate insights, including experience with spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent), basic reporting or data tracking

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or coursework exposure to ERP or MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Costpoint or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
  • Yellow or Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma
  • Demonstrated ability to identify constraints, assess tradeoffs, and recommend solutions
  • Written an verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness take ownership of problems through resolution
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments, including scheduling, material flow, work-in-process, or shop floor operations
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
