What You’ll Do Coordinate products through the full production cycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Develop production and supply plans based on demand forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacity. Maintain accurate planning parameters in ERP systems to optimize subassembly and raw material supply. Analyze data to identify process improvements and resolve issues related to inventory, schedules, or material shortages. Partner with factory teams and vendors to prevent line-stopping issues and maintain continuous supply. Drive lean practices by implementing strategies such as consignment, Kanban, just-in-time, and postponement to reduce inventory while ensuring availability. Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to support regional sourcing, supplier assessment, and cost optimization. Support new product introductions from engineering design through factory production. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Fortive Business System (FBS) tools. Establish and maintain standard work and training within the materials team. May coordinate and supervise integration of new production cells across locations. What You Bring Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–4 years of experience in planning, purchasing, or inventory control within a lean manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex inventory challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter mindset with a focus on process improvement. Nice-to-Have: Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools. Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
