The Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring product quality, assembling packaging materials, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the production process. This role supports continuous operations by maintaining a clean work area, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, and communicating effectively with team members.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to work shift schedules, including evenings, nights and other off shift hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or material‑handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate packaging and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Fill, seal, label, and inspect boxes, bags, and tubs.
  • Move pallets and materials using pallet jacks or powered equipment.
  • Record product weights, print labels, and enter data into the system.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Report quality or equipment issues to the team.
