About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our 2nd Shift Resin D/E team. This role involves hands-on production work, including mold changes, testing procedures, and working with various chemicals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to learn.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to work with chemicals in a controlled environment
• Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays and adjust schedule as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with chemical handling and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform mold changes and assist with thermometer and paint testing procedures
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols
• Handle and work with chemicals such as paint, alcohol, and toluene
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production goals and quality standards
• Participate in training on 2nd shift to ensure readiness and safety
