Production Associate
About The Position
Seal & Design is a world-class facility and leading manufacturer and distributer of die cut gaskets, seals, O-rings and molded rubber and plastic products. We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team on first shift! Monday - Friday: 7:00a - 3:30p Pay: $20-22/hour Production Associate - Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.
Requirements
- Ability to use measurement tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical/manufacturing background is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operates machinery safely according to company policies
- Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection
- Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines
