About The Position

We are looking for motivated and dependable Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various stages of the production process, including packaging, labeling, and quality control, to ensure our products meet company standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Must be 18 or over

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Package and label spice products according to the specified requirements.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and supply management.
• Notify Line Supervisor of any non-conforming system or machine, or of any nonfunctioning or broken parts, or of any unsanitary conditions immediately, to ensure that a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) can be generated as needed.
