Join our team and bring your best self to the table. What you will be doing: As a Production associate, no one day is ever the same. Depending on where you live, you could be working in any one of our manufacturing plants making anything from bread to beverages, milk to groceries; providing any associate with different opportunities to learn and grow within the company. A production associate is on-the-go throughout their entire shift, packaging food & beverages, sanitizing & maintaining machines, and at times operating power equipment to help complete the daily operations of making quality food products. In Production, you are a team player, collaborating to complete the task at hand. All to keep our products moving, our shelves stocked, and America fed and healthy. Requirements
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You enjoy working as a part of a larger team to make an impact
- Ensuring a safe work environment is a priority to you
- You take pride in the work you do, with every detail, whether big or small
- You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Being a part of your community matters
- High School Degree or equivalent
- At least 6 months’ experience working in production or manufacturing (such as machine/filler operation)
Nice To Haves
- 2 – 3 years of experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate and changeover Fluid and/or culture filler machines
- Sanitation of facility and equipment
- Operate plant equipment such as palletizing equipment, and powered industrial trucks, to complete daily operations
