About The Position

Requirements

• Physically fit to handle fabrication type work (lifting, pulling up to 45 lbs., standing, bending, etc.).
• Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (can be affected by outdoor weather conditions & climate).
• Understanding and knowledge of measurements and basic math.
• Attention to details such as verifying measurements, color matches, straight cuts, etc.).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing.
• Capability to follow instructions and work as a team member.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Production fabrication of our custom products by measuring & cutting.
• Operation of sewing machines (powering on/off, pedals, threading, etc.). Most sewing consists of straight lines.
• Maintain work site safety and follow all company policies and procedures.
