Job Title Production Associate About your role: Join the team at our Stafford location and receive training on our world class Print Production equipment. The team delivers high-volume customer communications and payment products (statements, invoices, and personalized cards) with accuracy and on-time delivery. You will help ensure quality, throughput, and safety to meet client and operational commitments. You will cross train in other departments of production and perform other tasks depending on workload. What you'll do: Operate and set up a variety of production machines to print, insert, and sort statements, invoices, and/or personalized cards. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to maintain machine uptime and output quality. Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify materials match job orders, specifications, and tolerance levels. Cross-train across multiple production departments and support workflow adjustments as volume and priorities change. Perform production data entry and follow job documentation, job tickets, and standard operating procedures. Requirements

  • Experience using a computer for data entry.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
  • 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
  • 1 year of experience in operating production machines.
