Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • No experience necessary.
  • Communication (verbal/written), Basic Math/Reading, Measurement (ruler) Hand Truck

Responsibilities

  • Safety is priority: Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines
  • Knowledge of, understanding of and compliance to all Quality System Documents that are associated with this job description.
  • Actively participate in MCC's Lean, Quality, Product Safety, SQF (Safe Quality Foods) and Workplace Safety Programs.
  • Preparation of boxes for rolls to be packed into.
  • Separating good rolls from bad rolls of labels (marked and unmarked) prior to packaging.
  • Verifying quantities labeled on each box are accurate with what is in the box.
  • Stacking boxes on pallets to insure maximum strength from carton walls.
  • Verifying that finished labels fulfill the order quantity.
  • Take all precautionary measures established to avoid the mixing of labels.
  • Active participation in the "mini-job meeting.

  • Shifts: 6a-6p or 6p-6a
