As a Production Associate for Cirkul you will be working on the manufacturing process of blending, product assembly, packaging of finished products and order fulfillment.

Requirements

• 1+years of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is a requirement for this position
• Comfortable with temperatures that can vary between 60°F and 90°F in some parts of the warehouse
• Can lift up to 49 pounds
• Be able to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Need to be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Have used carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Can go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Responsibilities

• Hold self accountable while working in a fast pace environment, and delivering quality performance.
• Show up ready to work. Willing to receive feedback on performance.
• Troubleshoot and report any problems that may arise on the production line.
• Work in a friendly, team environment with a focus on driving production.
• Keep up with safety protocols when operating equipment and by wearing correct PPE at all times.
• Hit daily production targets and complete each individual task in an effective and timely manner.
• Working only 14 days a month in a 4:3 rotating schedule.
