Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly, or shipping environment is preferred, but we welcome entry-level candidates; paid, on-the-job training is provided, including the opportunity to learn CNC machine operation.
  • Basic math skills and comfort using tools such as saws, drills, presses, and other shop equipment.
  • Attention to detail: Focused on doing things right and ensuring products meet quality and inspection standards.
  • Motivated: Able to work well independently, stay productive, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable: Dependable, punctual, and consistent in showing up and following through.
  • Team player: Works well with others and helps where needed to keep production moving.
  • Basic computer skills required; experience with Google Workspace, NetSuite, ERP systems, or CNC-related software is a plus.
  • Active: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted (80–100 lbs. with assistance), work around machinery and tools, stand or sit for extended periods, and bend, stretch, squat, and reach regularly.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation, as the facility is not on a bus route.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Google Workspace, NetSuite, ERP systems, or CNC-related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Learn fabrication, assembly, inspection, and shipping processes through paid, on-the-job training in a manufacturing environment.
  • Receive, unbox, & stock inventory between the warehouse and production floor.
  • Cut, bend, & drill aluminum to fabricate product frames.
  • Use hand tools and shop equipment, including band saws, drills, files, hammers, and pliers.
  • Complete the framing process from start to finish using pre-set measurements.
  • Prepare & sand cut pieces before assembly.
  • Add hardware and assemble frames according to work instructions.
  • Inspect completed frames to company standards and communicate any issues.
  • Package and ship finished products for outgoing orders.
