We Offer: 4 Day Work Week: Monday - Thursday (7am - 5:30pm) Hourly Pay Starting at $15.00 an Hour Increase to $16.00 an Hour after 90 Days Referral Bonus Excellent Benefits Package - Health, Vision, and Company Paid Dental 401K after 60 Days of Employment Sizable Company Paid Life Insurance 8 Paid Company Holidays PTO that starts accruing on day 1 Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to follow standardized refurbishment procedures to ensure printers meet quality, safety, and performance standards while supporting team and operational goals. New employees will be trained to evaluate and triage multiple printer models by reviewing usage data, replacing worn or end-of-life parts, performing software updates, completing production line audits, and preparing equipment for shipment.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, systems usage as required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with assembly line style work, understanding of production goals and working in team environment
- Prior experience in warehouse, production, operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned duties in accordance with company policies and safety standards
- Support daily operational activities, including documenting work, parts replacements, verifying equipment functionality and ensuring customer facing cleanliness requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Identify and escalate process issues or quality concerns
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet productivity goals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives as directed
