We're all about helping you grow into a long-term, stable career. Schedule: Day Shift (4:45am-5:00pm) rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule Day Shift (4:45am-5:00pm) M-T-TH-F
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.
- Positive and motivated, eager to take on new challenges.
- Physically able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and work in both heat and cold.
- Must have the ability to understand and follow written and oral work instructions, operations, safety procedures, and hazardous labels.
Responsibilities
- Stack aluminum ingots (28 lbs each) and handle products with care.
- Conduct quality checks to make sure everything meets our high standards.
- Operate forklifts to transport finished products. (Don’t have forklift experience? We’ll train you!)
- Perform routine maintenance and be part of a team that keeps everything running smoothly.
- Safety First: Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear to keep yourself and others safe.
