Requirements
- A high school diploma and/or equivalent military experience
- Prior production, manufacturing or warehouse experience helpful but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
- Dependable, safety-focused team player
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role
- This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor quality and perform inspections to meet production standards
- Package, label and prepare product for distribution
- Record production data and follow standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets and support continuous improvement
