We’re currently hiring a Production Associate to join our team in Racine, WI. This role involves the packaging, repackaging, and light assembly of disposable dental products. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled environment, following precise manufacturing procedures and quality standards, including ISO 13485. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to follow written procedures accurately
- Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Lift and move materials up to 25 lbs
- Manual dexterity for small parts handling
- Perform repetitive tasks with focus and precision
- Tolerate moderate noise and temperature variations
- Must wear PPE including gloves, hairnets, masks, and safety glasses as needed
- Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Fast-paced environment with deadlines and high-quality expectations

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly a plus
- Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, dental, pharma) is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Perform packaging, repackaging, and light assembly of disposable dental products
- Follow all ISO 13485 manufacturing procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with 5S and EHS practices
- Verify materials and quantities per Work Orders and Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Accurately complete documentation such as batch records and work instructions
- Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory protocols at all times
- Entry-level role with focus on mastering standard procedures (e.g., syringe filling, kitting)
- Works under direct supervision
- Limited cross-functional responsibilities
