Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable with standing, bending, and physical labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn machine operation and other millwork tasks.
- Ability to work in a noisy, dusty environment.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Stack and organize wood materials safely and efficiently.
- Operate various woodworking machines (training provided).
- Assist with production tasks to meet daily goals.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to learn multiple roles within the millwork process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
