About The Position

The Production Associate will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the daily production for The View. This position requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to both creative and logistical tasks. Requirements

• Previous production experience (internships or entry‑level roles) in television, digital media, or entertainment is a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-moving production environment.
• Creative and collaborative mindset, with strong idea‑generation skills.
• Professional communication skills for interacting with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with media asset sourcing, clearance processes, or production workflows is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the entire production team.
• Research and compile detailed informational packets for upcoming show guests.
• Pitch weekly story ideas and contribute to creative development across segments.
• Source, organize, and prepare still images and visual assets for on‑air use.
• Identify music options for show segments and manage the clearance process.
• Pitch ideas and assist with the development of big events and large segments.
• Support coordination and execution of shoppable segments.
• Conduct outreach to companies for potential collaborations and maintain partner communications.
• Manage logistics for props and giveaway items, including tracking, receiving, inventory, and on‑site organization.
