About The Position

Production Associate II : Trim/Reclaim Primary Responsibilities: Prepare different cheese trim for shipment. Have a clear understanding of GMP policy, food safety and quality policies, and other standard operating procedures as outline in the Standard Operating Procedure manual, and he/she must adhere strictly to those policies. Must be able to lift and maneuver 100 plus pound barrels. Closely watch for foreign objects in trim boxes. Open trim boxes and prepares trim for repackaging in trim barrels. Keeps trim room clean and sanitary. Operate pallet jack safely and effectively . Must be willing to work overtime. Must be able to work well in a team or alone. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
