Learn more about Careers at Organogenesis What You Will Achieve: This is an entry-level position. The Associate will perform all activities required by the Production Support Team, under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager. The area is a fast-paced cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment that requires individuals to take the initiative, and to have the ability to work as a team as well as independently. The area requires a lot of standing and involves some light lifting. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 11:30 am-8:00 pm, some holiday work required. The training schedule (up to four months) will be Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm. Some Holiday coverage is required.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency required.
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment
  • Have physical abilities that include the ability to stand for long periods of time and perform light lifting
  • Problem solving skills

  • Manual dexterity

  • Quality Systems regulations (cGMP) knowledge and clean room experience preferred but not required.

  • Preparing Production Set-Ups per Standard Operating Procedures
  • Wrapping equipment in preparation for sterilization
  • Responsible for Sterilizing Equipment
  • Operating Depyrogenation Ovens
  • Operating Autoclaves
  • Responsible for documenting information on data forms and logs
  • Responsible for adherence to all Operating Procedures, Protocols, Policies, Regulatory Requirements, GMP, and Safety Guidelines.
