Requirements

Prior experience in a production setting
Prior sandblasing/etching experience
Familiar with production equipment and machinery
Sharp attention to detail in favor of identifying defects
Self-driven and hard worker
Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Flexible to work shifts, overtime and weekends as required
Able to stand for long hours at a time
Physically able to lift, carry and move up to 60lbs

Responsibilities

Produce and assemble products
Correctly follows the instructions from Sales Work Orders and POPs
Analyzes Production Schedule to assist in work-flow efficiency
Properly handles product to minimize damage
Follows all Crystal D corporate safety policies and OSHA regulations
Safely uses equipment and materials properly and follows all preventative maintenance schedules
Correctly milestones production/shipping activities
Able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
Have a strong sense of accountability—and an equally strong sense of teamwork
Identify problems; communicate issues to Leads and Supervisors.
Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management.
