Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to multitask
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- May require bending or lifting.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures and outside work
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMP’s in a food manufacturing environment a plus
Responsibilities
- Open and close job orders in the ERP system in accordance with the company’s policies and practices.
- Verify job orders are correct in the ERP system and investigate any discrepancies.
- Verify correct materials and correct lot numbers are being used on manufacturing lines.
- Print and distribute production schedules for manufacturing
- Perform cycle counts, i.e. cartons, caps, labels, etc.
- Assist with training new operators or training of standard operating procedures.
- Assist with analysis studies and OEE improvements, under the director of the shift supervisor.
- Perform supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the shift supervisor.
- Fill in for line workers due to absences or vacation schedules.
- Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
- All other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
