About The Position

The Production Tech 1 role is essential in supporting the manufacturing process by ensuring that production equipment operates efficiently and safely. This position focuses on executing routine tasks that maintain product quality and meet production schedules. The individual will collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist in process improvements. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are critical to minimize downtime and maintain a safe working environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods.

• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in identifying and reporting equipment malfunctions or process deviations to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production records and document any issues or adjustments made during shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area.
