Production Assistant – Screen Printing (Puller/Catcher)
About The Position
Ready to jump into the art world? Greater Pittsburgh Specialty Advertising (GPSA) is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our Millvale shop. This is an entry-level "Puller/Catcher" position where you’ll be on the front lines of the creative process. No experience? No problem. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for high-quality apparel, we will train the right candidate. This is the perfect first step for someone looking to learn the craft of professional screen printing from the ground up. Why Join GPSA? Responsibilities
- Carefully remove freshly printed garments from the press and inspect them for perfection.
- Assist the lead printer in loading garments and maintaining the flow of production.
- Act as the final set of eyes to ensure every shirt, hoodie, and jersey looks amazing.
- Help with screen breakdown, ink management, and keeping the creative space organized.
