About The Position

Brady Corporation seeks a highly driven and skilled Machine Operator to be
responsible for the day to day operation of screen printing equipment. This
individual will be responsible for the setup, operation, and cleanup of the
screen printing equipment and ensuring the product meets the company’s quality
standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operation and maintenance of screen printing equipment
• Ensure product meets quality standards while also meeting production goals and minimizing waste.
• Enter shift data in the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) file while also producing a schedule of materials with a OEE of at least 85%
• Follow machine operating instructions and safety guidelines while performing duties
• Calculate mixture percentages using a scale for the screen printing process
• Identify problems in the manufacturing process by collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions
• Perform other duties as assigned
