Requirements

• This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
• A negative drug/alcohol test result is required for employment.

• All drug testing will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Assembling refrigeration components utilizing pneumatic/hand tools, fixtures and other manufacturing techniques into high quality products.
• Following safe work practices and company safety standards.
• Inspecting and testing new product in compliance with quality requirements.
• Sharing ideas and suggestions for improvements regarding product design and assembly in an effort to create quality and user-friendly products.
• Assist in defining assembly process & work instructions.
• Training new employees on procedures and assembly techniques.
