Requirements

Technical Skills: High School Diploma/GED (or 3+ years manufacturing experience) and proficiency with computer applications for tracking orders.
Physical Agility: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain a Lift Truck Operator’s license.
Adaptability: Resilience to maintain high quality during high-pressure shifts or when priorities pivot.

Responsibilities

Precision Assembly: Sort, label, and package finished goods following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure "zero-defect" results.
Quality Inspection: Maintain a high "Attention to Detail" by inspecting the appearance of products against customer specifications.
Operational Support: Prepare materials for Machine Operators and coordinate with team members to keep our "circulatory system" moving efficiently.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in problem-solving teams and 5S audits to improve site safety and productivity.
