About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Oversee daily shipping and production operations on the 3rd shift to ensure efficiency and accuracy Coordinate schedules and resources to meet customer delivery requirements Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate documentation Drive compliance with safety standards and operational procedures Lead and develop team members to achieve performance goals

Responsibilities
