We are seeking a Production and Service Assistant Manager for our Houston office. Production Identification: Exempt Reports to: VP of Operations and Service Manager Position Objective: Work with Production and Service Managers, Sales and Project Managers as needed daily.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related industry; preferably Construction Management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks/projects based on business needs
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)

Responsibilities

- Interface regularly with Sales, and Estimating, to ensure effective and timely communication to help produce desired results
- Able to help identify and resolve operations, and customer service problems effectively and immediately
- Inspections, attending pre-construction and pre-bid meetings
- Perform all other projects or duties as assigned by the VP of Operations, Service Manager, and upper management.
