The Administrative Assistant supports daily operations at the service center by assisting both the onsite Facilities Coordinator and the Service Manager with administrative, customer service, and operational duties. This partâtime role (not to exceed 24 hours per week) requires strong organizational, communication, and decisionâmaking skills to manage tasks independently and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The position also involves maintaining accurate records and inventory, preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and providing a professional, helpful presence for customers and internal staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and dataâentry tools is essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. This is a partâtime position with an average of 24 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate as needed to support operations but will not exceed 25 hours per week.
