About The Position

History Lift Bridge Brewery is a leading production brewery located in the birthplace of Minnesota, Stillwater and New Richmond, Wisconsin. We are expanding and looking for the right team members to grow with us! Description The Lift Bridge production team is looking for the right person to grow with us. We are seeking a person who is outgoing, quality and safety minded, hard-working, a self starter and of high character. Previous industry experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Excellent oral, analytical, written, and communication skills
  • A well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically.
  • Strong organizational & planning skills.
  • The individual should be proactive, highly motivated, and detail oriented
  • Experience with ERP software is strongly preferred (SAP, NetSuite, etc).

Nice To Haves

  • OrchestratedBeer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process orders from distributors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align product availability with promotional activities and distributor needs.
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving processes to ensure the correct handling and documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain compliance with shipping regulations and company policies, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations.
  • Implement best practices for inventory management to minimize loss, spoilage, and ensure the efficient use of warehouse space.
  • Coordinate transfers of products between warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and accurate.
  • Monitor transfer processes to optimize logistics and reduce transportation costs.
  • Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust schedules based on capacity, resource availability, and changing priorities.
  • Work with the sales team to gather insights on customer demand and adjust forecasts accordingly, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • File monthly operations based state and federal tax forms.
  • Other duties as assigned.
