About The Position

CACI has an immediate opening for a Production Analyst to support the Naval Aviator Production Process - Sustainment (NAPP S) efforts undertaken by the Chief of Naval Air Training. Administratively assigned to Naval Aviation Schools Command (NASC) as the Task Group Naval Aircrew (TG NAC) A-School Production Analyst he/she will be tasked to provide administrative services which include tracking and/or reporting the historical, current and projected status of student training throughout the TG NAC A-School training pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR equivalent experience and one to two years of production analysis experience.
  • Strong information management and analytical thinking skills and be comfortable and productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and intermediate proficiency with Word and PowerPoint along with basic experience with Access.
  • Familiar with Windows operating systems
  • Must have personal transportation and comply with all vehicular/personnel requirements necessary to access U.S. Military installations.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain Information Assurance (IA) user certification after obtaining NMCI user account.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 10%.

Nice To Haves

  • Former Navy Aviation Administration, Maintenance or Aircrew with experience at a Navy Aviation Training Command.
  • Familiar with student training production data from NIPDR, CeTARS, and other Navy training management and reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with web browser technologies and communicating/connectivity within the NMCI environment.

Responsibilities

  • The analyst will be required to liaise with and track student progression through the TG NAC pipeline to include “A” Schools to hand off to Fleet Replacement Squadrons (FRS) and to produce routine reports, assist in the preparation and presentation of technical briefings and provide metrics analysis to the on-site government chain of command and higher authority in support of the NAPP S.
  • The analyst will be required to enter, analyze and interpret TG NAC production data. Data will be entered into standard NAPP data management systems including the NAPP Integrated Production Data Repository (NIPDR).
  • The analyst will review statistical data looking for errors and erroneous figures and then research and analyze problem areas working towards an accurate and precise solution.
  • The analyst will be tasked to prepare briefs on production status and current state of NAPP initiatives leading to cost effective improvements in the training process.
  • The analyst act on behalf of and perform routine administrative tasking for the TG NAC NACCS/ARSS Production Analyst in his/her absence as appropriate and within capabilities.
  • Track and provide student training metrics, data, and variance analysis.
  • Provide analysis and recommendation regarding production and resource utilization through interpretation of NAPP/NIPDR charts.
  • Monitor Command production plan and generate NAPP centric briefs and resource entitlements submissions.
  • Attend semi-annual CNATRA-sponsored Production Alignment Conferences (PAC) and other CNATRA and Training Group (TG) production meetings as required.
  • Make accurate, factual based recommendations with respect to resources required and alternative options to meet production capacity.
  • Attend daily, weekly, and monthly liaison meetings and briefings with appropriate NAPP personnel, Operations, Training, Student Control, CO/XO, and others as required.
  • The Analyst will collaborate with dispersed CACI and government representatives and be integrated as a valued team member in the overall management of the training process related to metrics which support production decisions.
  • The Analyst will perform assigned functions and coordinate with other team members electronically, by telephone, or in person, as appropriate.
