About The Position

As a program analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll deliver program management, acquisition, and financial support to a Navy program office. You’ll work in a team environment to meet client challenges and provide critical thinking and analysis. You’ll build and maintain essential relationships with direct clients and supporting commands. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with program and financial management of government programs
  • 5+ years of experience with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
  • Experience with consulting and technical advisement
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to identify and conduct in-depth research, and communicate and propose resolutions to issues
  • Ability to help clients manage, track, and report program status
  • Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level briefings and reports
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DoD Acquisition or Navy Program Management Offices
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of DoD Instruction 5000 series, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, or DoD Financial Management Regulation
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
