Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with production and engineering teams.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or production support role is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support production operations by managing administrative processes, maintaining data accuracy, and helping teams stay aligned and efficient.
  • Process goods receipts and transactions in SAP.
  • Release and manage work orders through SAP.
  • Print and organize technical drawings, product labels, and production documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, including scanning, filing, and archiving documentation.
  • Create and manage electronic records to support production traceability.
  • Coordinate and schedule monthly inventory cycle counts.
  • Verify that production processes and documentation meet required standards.
  • Support Production Team Leads with daily workflow coordination and standard work activities.
  • Assist with updating work instructions and maintaining documentation accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to support process clarity, standardization, and compliance.
  • Provide system and process support to operators and team members as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
