About The Position

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Worldwide Foam is seeking a Production Administrator to provide critical support to the Plant Manager and help drive efficiency throughout our production operations. This position plays an essential role in ensuring daily activities run smoothly while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting cross-functional communication. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will assist in managing and coordinating daily production operations while maintaining accurate records related to production, inventory, and receiving paperwork. You will prepare and analyze monthly reports, support production scheduling to ensure work orders are completed on time, and manage employee training documentation and record-keeping requirements. You will respond to customer service inquiries, manage intercompany orders, and collaborate with other departments to address order updates and questions. Additional responsibilities include creating reports and presentations, performing basic ERP transactions such as work order builds, fulfillments, and item receipts, participating in employee onboarding, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in basic arithmetic and computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assignments

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ISO standards
