The transformational acquisitions of Concho Resources Inc. and Shell Enterprises LLC’s prolific positions in the Delaware and Midland Basins in 2021 further strengthened the company’s position in the Permian Basin. At year-end 2024, the company held over 1 million total net acres in the Permian Basin. During 2024, net production averaged 775 MBOED. The Production Accounting Analyst plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable production data that supports operational decision‑making, financial reporting, and business performance. This position partners closely with Operations, Asset teams, and Finance to analyze daily production volumes, investigate variances, and maintain high data quality across multiple reporting systems. In this role, you will translate field production activity into clear, actionable insights used by leadership and business partners. You will contribute to month‑end close activities, support regulatory and internal reporting needs, and help improve reporting tools and workflows. This position offers hands‑on exposure to upstream operations, strong visibility across the business, and opportunities to grow technical, analytical, and cross‑functional skills within a collaborative team environment. This position may be filled in Midland, TX; Carlsbad, NM; or Loving, NM.
