Job Details: Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits (available after 90 days of employment): Vacation & Sick Pay Health, Dental & Vision 401K What We Need: An experienced candidate with strong communication skills who is highly organized and able to develop strong relationships. This person must also be coachable, driven and experienced in collaborating with different people and cultures. Candidates must meet the following qualifications: CPA License Proven years of experience in accounting, auditing or finance Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; familiarity with IFRS reporting (is a plus) Must be able to communicate clearly both via written and verbal skills Must be able to maximize productivity and organizational skills Job Description, Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting Maintain and manage the accounting system (QuickBooks) and ensure accurate financial records Prepare financial statements and support the preparation of reporting packages for consolidation for the international parent company (Japanese company) Manage cash flow and cash management processes Coordinate with external tax advisors on tax compliance and filings Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes in preparation for potential future audits Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed To learn more about us and read our reviews, visit our website at www.greencleancommercial.com or contact Human Resources directly at 636.329.4601. Requirements

CPA License
Proven years of experience in accounting, auditing or finance
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Must be able to communicate clearly both via written and verbal skills
Must be able to maximize productivity and organizational skills
