About The Position

We are growing and seeking a Product Training Specialist to join us as we grow! As the Product Training Specialist you will be responsible for developing and delivering the training content that fosters learning, enhances skills, and drives performance improvement across our organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our team members and external partners receive top-notch training experiences, leading to increased productivity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • HVAC technical aptitude and open to learning new concepts on a consistent basis
  • Decisive and logical; thoroughly evaluating issues and opportunities
  • Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Prior experience delivering tailored made content
  • An ability to listen to the learner and adjust style accordingly.
  • Acting with a sense of urgency; quickly analyzing patterns and information, making timely decisions and taking effective actions
  • A passion to succeed, results orientated, and an inspiration to others
  • Ability to travel throughout North America up to 30% of your time.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative, up-to-date training materials that align with industry best practices and company objectives.
  • Develop engaging multimedia content, including videos, e-learning modules, presentations, and written materials.
  • Identify the unique learning needs of various target audiences, including new team members, tenured team members, and external partners.
  • Customize training content to suit different learning styles and levels of expertise.
  • Maintain a content library on our website, ensuring that materials are organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to keep content relevant and accurate.
  • When needed, facilitate training sessions for various audiences, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements by using the information received via our training surveys.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in training and education.
  • Incorporate interactive and immersive elements into training content to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Ensure that all training materials comply with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain records of training attendance and results for reporting and auditing purposes.
  • Collect feedback from learners and trainers to continually enhance the quality and relevance of training content.
  • Implement a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
