Joining our Electrical Calibration Team means you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and reliability for customers worldwide. As a Product Test Technician, you will: Perform calibrations and adjustments on electrical instruments for both new production and customer returns. Maintain primary and secondary calibration standards according to published schedules. Collect and record data, generate calibration certificates, and ensure compliance with ISO 17025 Quality Standards. Support internal and external calibration services for measurement and test equipment (M&TE). Share knowledge by training fellow technicians on standards and procedures. Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced staff (no formal supervisory responsibilities).

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent vocational training.
  • Strong soldering skills and ability to troubleshoot to component level on printed circuit assemblies.
  • Proficiency with oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production demand.

Nice To Haves

  • External calibration certifications.
  • Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards.
  • Experience mentoring or training others.
