About The Position

As a Test Engineer Asc, you will play a crucial role in support of our product line.

Requirements

• Familiarity with testing LRUs/SRUs using various equipment such as environmental chambers, testers, vibe equipment, multimeters, etc.
• General understanding of evaluation/troubleshooting test failures using diagnostic methods and tools
• experience following process/test procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Obtaining a security clearance requires US Citizenship

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of digital circuitry
• Knowledge of circuitry equipment: Oscilloscope, digital multimeter, high frequency measurements, testing, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, perform root cause analysis down to component level
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment
• Able to read drawings and schematics

Responsibilities

• Performing top-level and subassembly testing activities.
• Conducting tester certification and calibration.
• Troubleshooting test failures for production and field return assets.
• Performing acceptance testing in accordance with documented procedures.
• Populating test logs and data sheets.
• Compiling As-Built Lists (ABL).
• Generating Quality Notifications for hardware deficiencies.
• Documenting issues with Special Test Equipment (STE).
