About The Position

Join Our Team as a Product Support – Warranty Representative Knoxville, TN | On-site | M–F 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Are you someone who knows their way around skid steers, tractors, or mini excavators? Do you enjoy troubleshooting, providing excellent customer service, and making things right when something goes wrong? Blue Diamond Attachments is hiring a Product Support Representative to manage warranty claims, support dealers and end-users, and keep our reputation for quality going strong.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with compact construction equipment (CCE), especially skid steers, tractors, or mini excavators
• Strong phone communication and problem-solving skills
• Administrative support experience or familiarity with warranty or parts processing
• Comfortable using Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Mechanically inclined and customer-focused, with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for warranty claims, parts support, and troubleshooting
• Communicate with dealers, end users, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Process RMAs, administer credits, and submit claims to suppliers
• Use Salesforce to track interactions, update dealer profiles, and manage follow-up
• Document warranty issues with clarity, including photos and written summaries
• Maintain and grow your knowledge of our products so you can support them with confidence
